A six-week virtual group for women

Beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM EST

This group is a gentle space for women who want to feel more grounded, calm, and connected to themselves. No prior meditation or experience is needed, just a willingness to slow down and listen inward.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore nervous system awareness, guided meditation, somatic practices, and weekly reflection prompts to help you integrate what you are learning.

What You Will Receive:

-Six live 90 minute Zoom sessions. Tuesdays January 20 through February 24

-A weekly guided meditation or practice to help you feel calm and grounded

-Simple somatic practices you can use anywhere

-Weekly reflection prompts delivered to your inbox

-A small, supportive group where you feel seen and safe

Who This Group Is For:

This group is for women who want calm, steadiness, and connection. You’ll explore your nervous system, reconnect with your body, ease anxiety, and practice listening to yourself with compassion.
